  • 1 small box lemon instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 10 oz. 7-Up
  • 1 c. vegetable oil

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Prepare four 9-inch round cake pans. Mix all ingredients.

    Pour equally into the 4 cake pans.

    Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until tests done.

    While layers bake, prepare the filling.

    Cool layers after baking.

    Stack layers, spreading filling between and on top.
