- 2 sticks oleo
- 1/2 c. vegetable shortening
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 (7 oz.) 7-Up
- 3 c. unsifted flour
- 5 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. butter flavoring
Directions

1Cream oleo and vegetable shortening; add sugar.

2Beat well. Add eggs one at a time; beat well.

3After each egg, add flour slowly, butter flavoring and bottle of 7-Up; mix.

4Bake 1 hour and 35 minutes in a 325° oven in Bundt pan or angel food pan can be used, but do not turn upside-down to cool.
