Ingredients

  • 2 small pkg. lemon jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 2 c. 7-Up
  • 2 c. bananas
  • 1 c. marshmallows
  • 1 c. drained crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. flour
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 slightly beaten egg
  • 1/4 c. grated American cheese

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix jello and water together, then set aside to cool.
  2. 2
    Mix next 4 ingredients together thoroughly with jello; put in refrigerator to set.

    Mix sugar and flour together to get lumps out.
  4. 4
    Then add pineapple juice and egg; cook in double boiler until thick.

    Set aside to cool.

    Then mix in Cool Whip.

    Spread over jello mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
  8. 8
    Return to refrigerator until ready to serve.
