  • 1 large box Jell-O (any flavor)
  • 1 large can pineapple
  • 1 c. 7-Up
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 c. hot water

Directions

    Mash dry Jell-O thoroughly into cream cheese.

    When well blended, add 2 cups hot water and blend thoroughly.
  3. 3
    Add can of pineapple including juice.
  4. 4
    Finally stir in chilled 7-Up, sugar and vanilla.

    Let stand in refrigerator until congealed.
