- 2 tbsp Light brown sugar (or maple syrup)
- 3 tsp Plain flour
- 2 pinch Cinnamon (optional)
Directions

1Mix all the ingredients well first and pour in the frying pan.

3Stir well with a wooden spoon to keep the bottom from burning.

4Bring it to a boil and turn down to low heat.

5You can see the bottom of the pan when you mix at this point.

6Once it thickens, the cream is done.
