Ingredients

  • 200 ml Soy milk
  • 2 tbsp Light brown sugar (or maple syrup)
  • 3 tsp Plain flour
  • 2 pinch Cinnamon (optional)

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients well first and pour in the frying pan.

    Cook over medium heat.

    Stir well with a wooden spoon to keep the bottom from burning.

    Bring it to a boil and turn down to low heat.

    You can see the bottom of the pan when you mix at this point.

    Once it thickens, the cream is done.
