  • 1 (9 oz.) pkg. cheese-filled spinach tortellini (as label directs)
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/3 c. slivered fresh basil
  • 1 c. chopped tomatoes
  • 1/3 c. toasted chopped walnuts

Directions

    Cook tortellini as directed.

    Meanwhile, in skillet, boil heavy cream, salt and pepper 1 to 2 minutes to thicken.

    Add fresh basil and 1 cup chopped tomatoes to pasta during the last 15 seconds.

    Drain; add to cream sauce.

    Toss.

    Top with 1/3 cup walnuts.
