- 1 cup white rice (not instant)
- 2 cups water
- 1 quart whole milk
- 12 cup sugar
- cinnamon
Directions

1In a medium saucepan add rice and water; cook until the rice in tender (approx 30 min).

2Add milk and simmer 60 min or until the milk is almost cooked out.

3Remove from heat and add sugar and cinnamon to taste.

4Place in fridge for 4 hours.
