Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. cajun or creole seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro or parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 lb. uncooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 loaf French bread, sliced

Directions

    Combine first 7 ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Add shrimp and toss to coat.

    Refrigerate 1 hour.

    Preheat oven to 450°. Cook shrimp 10 minutes; stir occasionally.

    Garnish with lemon wedges.

    Serve with French bread slices.
