- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. cajun or creole seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro or parsley
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 lb. uncooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 loaf French bread, sliced
Directions

1Combine first 7 ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Add shrimp and toss to coat.

3Refrigerate 1 hour.

4Preheat oven to 450°. Cook shrimp 10 minutes; stir occasionally.

5Garnish with lemon wedges.

6Serve with French bread slices.
