  • 8 pieces aburage (fried tofu)
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 Tbsp. shoyu
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
  • 1 chili pepper (optional)

Directions

    Slice aburage thinly and pour boiling water over it.

    Drain well, then squeeze aburage until almost dry.

    Mix remaining ingredients and add aburage.
