- 1/2 lb. acini de pepe pasta
- 1 c. chunk pineapple
- 1 c. mandarin oranges
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
- maraschino cherries (optional)
Directions

1Cook pasta; drain.

2Cool.

3Drain juice from all fruit and reserve.

4Cook juice, flour and eggs until thick to make custard. Pour custard over pasta and let set like pudding (2 hours), then add fruit and Cool Whip.
