  • 1 acorn squash
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • black pepper

Directions

    Cut squash in half; scoop out seeds.

    Add butter, brown sugar and sprinkle with pepper.

    Place in roast pan and fill bottom of pan with 1/4-inch water.

    Cook at 350° until tender.
