- 2 acorn squash
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3/4 c. water
Directions

1Cut squash in half; remove seeds.

2Put 1 tablespoon butter,

31 teaspoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon in each squash half. Place squash, cut side up, in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

4Pour water into dish and cover.

5Bake at 400° for about 45 minutes or until squash is tender.

6Serves 4.
