- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
Directions

1Empty filling into an 8 x 8-inch square pan.

2Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.

3Beat egg slightly; add vanilla.

4In another bowl, mix the next 3 ingredients.

5Add egg; mix until crumbly. Distribute evenly over pie filling.

6Pour butter over top.

7Bake in moderate oven (375°) for 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream.
