  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1/4 tsp. soda
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 c. cooking oil
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

    Grease and flour Bundt pan.

    Blend first 6 ingredients.

    Beat on high speed for 7 minutes.

    Mix sugar, cinnamon and chopped pecans.

    Pour half batter into Bundt pan.

    Sprinkle half sugar mixture on top of batter.

    Pour in rest of batter.

    Sprinkle remainder of sugar mixture on top.

    Bake 1 hour at 350°.
