- 200 g butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups plain flour
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup corn flakes, slightly crushed
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- ICING
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons water
- walnuts (to decorate)
Directions

1BISCUITS-----------.

2Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, sift together flour and cocoa and mix into butter mix, then fold in corn flakes and coconut.

3Put teaspoonful balls onto lightly greased or baking paper covered trays.

4Bakes at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.

5Makes about 30 biscuits.

6ICING------------.

7Sift icing sugar and cocoa together, add enough water to get a spreading consistency, ice biscuits, decorate with walnuts.
