Ingredients
- 1 (3 to 4 lb.) chicken, cut (bone if you wish)
- 2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
- 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 10 oz. can chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- flour to cover chicken
- small amount of oil to brown chicken
Directions

1Rub chicken with Tabasco sauce.

2Roll in flour.

3Lightly brown in hot oil.

4Put into baking dish.

5Saute onion in browning pan. Add oil if necessary.

6Add all other ingredients to pan.

7Stir until hot and bubbly.

8Pour over chicken.

9Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or cook in covered electric frypan.

10Serve with brown rice or mashed potatoes.
