- 1 unbeaten egg white
- 1 Tbsp. cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 drops oil flavoring
- food coloring
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. (heaping) soft butter or shortening
Directions

1Combine egg white, cream, vanilla, oil flavoring and coloring. Stir well.

2Add sugar, all at once, mixing thoroughly.

3Add more cream, if needed.

4Add butter and more sugar if necessary to make mixture the consistency needed to roll into firm small balls. Arrange balls on waxed paper.

5Press each ball with tines of fork dipped into additional powdered sugar.

6Let stand overnight to form crust.

7Put mints into tins with waxed paper between each layer. Mints may be frozen and kept for several months.
