  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/4 ounce Malmsey Madeira
  • 1/4 ounce dark maple syrup
  • 1 whole egg
  • Ice

Directions

    Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake without ice for 30 seconds.

    Add ice to shaker and gently stir.

    Strain into a chilled martini glass and serve immediately.
