Ingredients
- 1 jar Clamato juice
- 2 (5.5 oz.) cans hot and spicy V-8 juice
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. dill weed
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
- Tabasco to taste
- 3 envelopes plain gelatin
- 1 small can minced clams
- 1 c. chopped celery
- ripe olives and/or artichokes or shrimp (if using shrimp, omit minced clams)
Directions

1Dissolve gelatin in 1 can of V-8 juice; set aside.

2Bring to a boil first 7 ingredients and lower heat and cook for about 5 minutes.

3Fold gelatin mixture into hot mixture.

4Pour into bowl and chill until mixture begins to congeal.

5Stir in clams, celery, etc.

6Pour into a large salad mold or individual molds.

7Serves 10 to 12.
