  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. white wine (dry)
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • salt and pepper to season

Directions

    In an electric skillet set on 350°, melt butter.

    Lightly brown chicken.

    Add all other ingredients over the chicken. Reduce heat to simmer and cook 1 hour.

    Serve over rice or noodles.
