  • 23 cup finely chopped onion
  • 23 cup chopped tomato
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 green chili pepper, minced (or to taste)
  • 12 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 12 teaspoon turmeric
  • 8 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro or 1 tablespoon parsley
