- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons butter, melted
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup potato, diced
- 1 1/4 cups catsup
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 lb catfish fillet, 1-inch pieces
Directions

1Saute onion in butter in a large saucepan until transparent.

2Add tomatoes and next 6 ingredients to saucepan.

3Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Gently stir in fish; continue to simmer 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Remove bay leaf before serving.
