  • 1 (9 3/8 inch) deep-dish unbaked pie shells (extra large)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 12 lb bacon
  • 34 cup swiss cheese, shredded
  • 34 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 12 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 12 cups half-and-half
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 5 large eggs
