- 213 grams salmon, canned pink alaskan
- 90 ml milk
- 3 tablespoons yogurt, plain greek style
- 450 grams potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
- 15 grams butter or margarine
- 100 grams mushrooms button, sliced
- 100 grams zucchini chopped
- 1 tablespoon chives freshly chopped
- 100 grams cheddar cheese grated
Directions

1Drain can of salmon.

2Mix juice with milk and yogurt.

3Melt butter on HIGH POWER for 30 seconds.

4Stir in mushrooms, courgette and chives, cook for 2 minutes on HIGH POWER.

5Flake in salmon.

6Arrange one third of potato slices into base of microwave proof dish.

7Spread half salmon mixture over.

8Top with third of potatoes.

9Add remaining salmon, cover with rest of potatoes.

10Pour over salmon stock.

11Sprinkle with cheese and cover.

12Cook on MEDIUM POWER for 15 minutes.

13Uncover and cook for 5 minutes.

14Stand for 5 minutes.

15Brown under a conventional grill before serving.
