Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken with skin
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 green chillies
  • 1 tomato
  • 100 ml yogurt
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Arabic Masala

Directions

    Cut the whole chicken into 4 pieces.

    Blend onion, ginger, garlic, chillies and tomatoes into a fine paste
  3. 3
    Mix the yogurt, lemon extract, arabic masala, salt, pepper, olive oil and the paste we prepared in step 2

    Apply it over the chicken and let it be for 5-8 hours.

    Grill it and serve it hot.

    Usually served with kuboos/pita bread, but can be had with anything or just as it is.
