- 1 pt. heavy cream
- 1 pt. milk
- 1 c. Romano or Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. chicken base
- 3/4 tsp. white pepper
- cornstarch (to thicken)
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Bring cream and milk to a boil in a large pan. Mix rest of ingredients except cornstarch together and add to boiling mixture.

3Mix with whisk.
