  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. crushed garlic
  • 1 1/2-inch block Velveeta cheese
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 lb. grated Parmesan cheese
  • chopped shrimp or lobster (optional)

Directions

    Simmer butter, cream cheese, garlic, Velveeta cheese and milk in a nonstick saucepan, stirring frequently.

    When mixture is hot, add Parmesan cheese and shrimp or lobster.

    Serve over cooked fettuccine and top with fresh parsley.
