  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. to 1 Tbsp. chili powder (according to how hot you want it)
  • 1 pkg. soft corn tortilla shells
  • 1 small can mild enchilada sauce

    Brown ground beef.

    Drain.

    Set aside.

    Simmer mild enchilada sauce with 1 can mashed, stewed tomatoes and chili powder.
