- 1 c. shortening
- 1 c. All-Bran
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. lukewarm water
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 6 c. flour
Directions

1Combine boiling water and shortening and stir until melted. Add sugar, bran and salt.

2Cool to lukewarm.

3Dissolve yeast in 1 cup lukewarm water.

4Combine with first mixture.

5Add beaten eggs. Add flour a little at a time, mixing well.

6If using the same day, let rise or put in refrigerator (covered).

7Leave until ready to use.

8Shape into rolls and let double in size.

9Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
