Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. meat, cubed
- 6 medium carrots, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
- 10 small onions
- 28 oz. can tomato puree
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 c. celery, cut in 1 1/2-inch pieces
- 6 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- dash of pepper (or 1 Tbsp. sole seasoning)
Directions

1Heat oven to 250°.

2Combine meat, veggies and potatoes in 3-quart casserole.

3Mix tomato puree, salt, pepper and cornstarch. Pour into casserole.

4Stir, cover and bake at 250° for 5 hours. Yields 6 servings.
