  • 2 sliced white potatoes, raw
  • 1 sliced white onion
  • 1 lb. ground beef (lean), browned
  • 2 sliced celery stalks
  • 1/2 c. uncooked rice
  • 1/2 Tbsp. beef bouillon
  • 1 c. tomato soup (low salt)
  • 1 can water

Directions

    Place ingredients in layers in a well-greased baking dish. Cover with the can of tomato soup diluted in a can of water. Cover the dish and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.

    Uncover and cook 1/2 hour more.
