- 1 1/2 c. almonds, toasted
- 1 1/4 c. 10x powdered sugar
- 1 egg white
- 1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. salt (heaping 1/8 or scant 1/4 tsp.)
Directions

1Grind almonds that have been toasted at 200° (about 10 minutes).

2Add remaining ingredients, mixing to a stiff paste. Form into 1/2-inch diameter balls.

3Put on cookie sheet on foil or in cookie tin.

4Cover.

5Refrigerate overnight.
