  • 1 1/2 c. almonds, toasted
  • 1 1/4 c. 10x powdered sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
  • 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. salt (heaping 1/8 or scant 1/4 tsp.)

Directions

    Grind almonds that have been toasted at 200° (about 10 minutes).

    Add remaining ingredients, mixing to a stiff paste. Form into 1/2-inch diameter balls.

    Put on cookie sheet on foil or in cookie tin.

    Cover.

    Refrigerate overnight.
