- 1 c. whole blanched almonds
- 1 tsp. butter or margarine
- 1 lb. white chocolate
Directions

1Put almonds and butter in a 9 inch microproof pie plate.

2Cook on HI (max. power) for 4-5 1/2 minutes, or until toasted.

3Stir twice during cooking; set aside.

4Put white chocolate in large microproof mixing bowl and cook on HI (max. power) for 2 1/2-3 minutes, or until softened.

5Stir in almonds and pour onto waxed paper lined baking sheets.

6Spread to desired thickness and refrigerate until set.
