- 1/2 cup sliced blanched almond
- 1 bunch celery, thick sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons sherry wine
Directions

1In lg skillet, melt butter.

2Add almonds and saute for 1 minute.

3Remove almonds with slotted spoon.

4Add all other ingredients to skillet.

5Cover and cook till crisp-tender, about 5-6 minutes.

6Return almonds and mix well.
