Almond Chocolate Chip Toffee Cookies

- 3/4 cups Butter, Softened
- 3/4 cups Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1-1/4 cup Flour
- 1 cup Almond Meal
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 3/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1 package Toffee Bits (10oz Size), Such As Heath
- 3 whole Milk Chocolate Candy Bars 1.55 Oz Each, Hershey Bars, Unwrapped And Chopped

1Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease 2 baking sheets and set aside.

2In the bowl of a stand mixer combine butter and sugar and mix until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, continue to beat until well blended.

3Mix in flour, almond meal, baking soda and salt. Mix until thoroughly combined. Use a rubber spatula and stir in toffee bits and chopped chocolate.

4Drop by tablespoons onto prepared baking sheets, leaving about 2 inches in between each. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Remove baking sheets from the oven and set them on a rack. Let cookies sit on the baking sheet for 2-3 minutes for centers to set. Remove cookies to a rack to cool completely.
