- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 2 c. water
- 2 c. milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. almond extract
Directions

1Dissolve the gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.

2Heat 1 1/2 cups water, the milk and the sugar to boiling.

3Add the dissolved gelatin and the almond extract.

4Mix well.

5Pour the mixture into an 8-inch square pan.

6Freeze or refrigerate until the mixture is firm.

7Cut the mixture into cubes.

8Serve with fresh fruit.
