  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup almonds (halved)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

    Mix brown sugar and melted butter.

    Add rolled oats, coconut, almonds and vanilla.

    Stir.

    Press into a greased 8 inch square pan.

    Bake at 350F (180C) for 20 minutes.

    Cut in small squares while warm, remove when cooled.
