- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 lb. ham, chopped fine
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. toasted slivered almonds
- 3 c. cooked, cooled rice
Directions

1Melt butter in large skillet.

2Saute onion and green pepper until tender.

3Add ham, salt, pepper, soy sauce, almonds and rice. Simmer 5 minutes until flavors have blended and rice is warm. Serve immediately.
