  • 3 envelopes unflavored Knox gelatine
  • 3 c. water
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. almond extract
  • 1 can fruit (mandarin oranges or fruit cocktail)

Directions

    Dissolve gelatine and sugar in hot water.

    Add evaporated milk and almond extract.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Pour mixture into rectangular shape pan.

    Place pan in refrigerator to set. Cut jello in diamond shapes or cubes.

    Spoon mandarin oranges or fruit cocktail over jello cubes when ready to serve.
