- 1 (8 oz.) can almond paste
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 jar maraschino cherries, drained
Directions

1Put paste through a food processor.

2Mix all ingredients together.

3Roll into walnut size balls.

4Top with 1/4 cherry. Bake on parchment paper in a 325° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

5Cool completely before removing from paper.
