- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
- 2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
- 2 c. milk
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (13 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
Directions

1Prepare cake as directed; bake in 13 x 9-inch pan.

2When done, prick cake generously with fork.

3Pour pineapple over top while cake is hot.

4Blend pudding with milk and beat in cream cheese.

5Spread over pineapple and cover with Cool Whip. Refrigerate.

6If desired, garnish with chopped nuts and/or coconut.
