Ingredients

  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • scant 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (2 oz.) can crushed pineapple (with juice)

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine eggs and pineapple. Add brown sugar and mix well.

    Add flour, salt and soda and mix well.

    Add walnuts.

    Pour in a 13 x 9-inch pan and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
