- 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- scant 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (2 oz.) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine eggs and pineapple. Add brown sugar and mix well.

2Add flour, salt and soda and mix well.

3Add walnuts.

4Pour in a 13 x 9-inch pan and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
