  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. Amaretto

    Mix all of the ingredients.

    Bake in a greased and floured tube pan, sprinkled with 1/2 cup chopped walnuts.

    While hot, take out of cake pan and flip so that walnuts are on the bottom.

    Poke holes in cake with large serving fork.
