Ingredients

  • 1 packages Frozen shredded hashbrowns
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Cream of chicken or cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 Soup can of milk
  • 1/2 Soup can of water
  • 1/4 cup Chopped onion
  • 8 Jalapeno cream cheese (or regular for less spicy)
  • 8 oz Diced ham (I dice really small)
  • 1 can Mushrooms (8 oz)
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cup Cheese blend (I use monterey jack, cheddar, asadero, and quesadilla cheese blend)

Directions

    Put cream cheese, both cans of soup, ham, milk, water, mushrooms, onion, garlic powder, black pepper, and 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese into a stove pot.

    Stir.

    Heat on medium until cream cheese is melted.

    Once cream cheese is melted, turn off the heat and stir in frozen hashbrowns.

    Transfer mixture into a 9 x 13 glass dish and cover with foil.

    Bake in oven at 350F for 50 minutes.

    Remove dish from oven and remove the foil.

    Stir the casserole then cover the top with the cheese blend.

    Cover it completely.

    Return the dish to the oven (no foil) and bake for 20 mins (cheese should be melted)

    Remove from oven and enjoy!
