Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) box jumbo pasta shells
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 (15 ounce) containers ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 (12 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) bag Italian cheese
- fresh basil
- italian seasoning
- salt
- pepper
- red pepper flakes
Directions

1Boil pasta shells according to package directions.

2Mix ricotta with the eggs, a few shakes each of red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.

3Stick in fridge until ready to fill shells.

4Brown ground beef with onion and garlic.

5When shells are ready, drain and rinse with cold water.

6Add half of the sauce to a 10x13-inch pan.

7Put ricotta mixture into a plastic baggie, snip off corner and fill shells.

8I put any remaining ricotta in between shells.

9Spoon ground beef mixture over shells.

10Add remaining sauce.

11Cover and bake at 350F for 30 minutes.

12Remove foil and add Italian-style cheese, basil, put back in the oven until melted.
