  • 1 (8 ounce) container soft cream cheese
  • 18 cup water
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder

Directions

    Heat up 1/8 cup water and dissolve the 2 chicken bouillon cubes in it (it helps to crush the cubes first with a meat tenderizer).

    Mix concentrated chicken stock, cream cheese (reduced fat cream cheese works just as well), onion powder, and the juice from the lemon until smooth and creamy.

    Chill for 2 hours to let the flavors mingle.
