- 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/4 c. chopped salted peanuts
- 1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves (3/4 c.)
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper or hot pepper sauce

Directions

1Press cream cheese into an 8 ounce plastic margarine tub or a small bowl.

2Loosen edges with a spatula and invert onto the center of a shallow serving dish.

3Smooth surface with a spatula. In a small bowl, mix preserves, mustard, horseradish and red pepper or hot pepper sauce until well blended.

4Pour over cheese. Sprinkle with nuts.

5Serve with crackers.
