Amber’S Thanksgiving Eggrolls!

  • 1 package Eggroll Wrappers, 12 Ounce Package
  • 2 cups Leftover Turkey Or Chicken, Cooked, Chopped
  • 2 cups Leftover Stuffing
  • 1 cup Fresh Cranberries, Chopped
  • Peanut Oil For Frying

Directions

    Mix turkey (or chicken), stuffing and chopped cranberries together in large bowl. Spoon 1/4 cup of mixture onto an eggroll wrapper and fold according to package instructions.

    Bring 1 inch of peanut oil to 350 degrees (F) in frying pan. Fry eggrolls for 2 minutes total, turning once to evenly brown.

    I'm telling you, these are incredibly tasty!! And fun...instead of boring leftovers!
