- 1 package Eggroll Wrappers, 12 Ounce Package
- 2 cups Leftover Turkey Or Chicken, Cooked, Chopped
- 2 cups Leftover Stuffing
- 1 cup Fresh Cranberries, Chopped
- Peanut Oil For Frying
Directions

1Mix turkey (or chicken), stuffing and chopped cranberries together in large bowl. Spoon 1/4 cup of mixture onto an eggroll wrapper and fold according to package instructions.

2Bring 1 inch of peanut oil to 350 degrees (F) in frying pan. Fry eggrolls for 2 minutes total, turning once to evenly brown.
