  • 1 c. firm packed brown sugar
  • 2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin orange sections, drained
  • 1/2 c. flaked coconut
  • 1 (18 1/2 oz.) pkg. white cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. grated orange rind
  • 1 Tbsp. confectioners sugar

Directions

    Melt margarine in two 9 x 1 1/2-inch round cake pans in 325° oven.
