- 2 c. dairy sour cream
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
Directions

1Cut cake crosswise into 3 layers.

2Combine sour cream, pineapple, coconut and brown sugar.

3Place bottom layer of cake on serving platter.

4Top with 1/3 of the pineapple mixture.

5Add second layer of cake.

6Top with another 1/3 of the mixture.

7Add final cake layer and top with remaining pineapple mixture.

8Top with mandarin oranges.
